Anxiety to Action!

article image placeholderUploaded by @GetGoing
So the things that I share with you are simply my own experiences, ideas and thoughts and things that have worked for me personally. Take what you can, if it resonates with you, to use it, and hopefully it's something that I share with you today will help you the way it's helped me. But one thing I've really learned and started to practice is putting action in place to help with anxiety

Using action to conquer anxiety!

Hey, Marie, thanks for sharing these ideas. I have noticed that the anxiety to excitement trick works for me. And I learned that as a performer, turning stage fright into adrenaline. So even though I'm very introverted, I'm a ham on stage and I don't get stage fright because over the years I've learned to turn that nervous energy into performance energy

But it's just wonderful to be able to know how much our minds to really get in the driver's seat and make things different if we just reframe stuff. So it's really a great reminder. Thank you
