In this episode, there's a discussion about self victimisation, through labeling of oneself, and how that limits the individual who does so. It highlights some circumstances or experience under which one might find him or herself and end up tying those experiences to their gender, race, ethnicity or even a part of themselves and that ends up, according to them, as the only reason why certain things happen to them. It is because of who or what they are. It is clear and I am not disputing that one might face discrimination because of who or what they are but rather, what is important however is the importance of evaluating your experiences so as to learn from them and also not to let them hold you down for the rest of your life. I hope you'll enjoy it and feel free to share.
