How to grow as a writer
Because sometimes writing is hard, and when we complete a piece, it's really nice to share it with the rest of the world. And I'll definitely link the websites that I mentioned in onto The Swells. You can guys check it out. And if you're looking for more literary magazines, you can really look them up on Google. Be like writing literary magazines or literary magazines that pay. Sometimes you got to do your own research

I think it's awesome, and I think it's it's I forget to be as much of a go getter as you are, and I definitely need to do a bit more of that. So this was a good reminder of that. And thank you for sharing some resources. Yeah, I hope I hope this reaches the other writers on the platform. Thank you
Hey. Good morning, Nisha. I just listened to your swell. I thought it was great. I thought it was swell. And, yeah, as a writer who's constantly looking to expand my horizons, I thought this was great. I found a swell probably three weeks ago or so, maybe a month ago, and immediately was captivated and welcomed by so many people. And I've had so many great discussions on here

And I did also post another swell apart, too, with more links because I didn't realize two the links are for teenagers because I posted this post at 02:00 a.m. Because that's where I get my ideas. That's how I guess my ideas get really wild or not wild, but really creative at night when everything's quiet. But yes, I really, really love that you're sharing the other writers. So, yeah, you're doing great

I actually recently posted a part two a few hours ago about more links and more literary magazines where you can post, because I found it really helpful where when you receive a publication, you're able to put on your resume and show to future employers like, hey, I've been published here and here and here. And you can also post it on your website if you do have one, and create a publications tab. That's where you can post your accolades and everything

Hey, Kylie. As always, thank you for your warm words. I really appreciate it. I really gained a lot from your response, because now I know, yeah, this is something this well, community needs. This is what writers need, or they want. And so I'll definitely be hosting a lot more content and a lot more resources on where to post your writing and where to get publications or where to compete and run competitions

Ahead. Yeah, definitely. As a writer, there are setbacks and obstacles that we well, we either put in front of ourselves or we life hands as roadblocks. Growing as a writer, though, that's that's hard. That's that's hard to do sometimes. You you write and you write and you write and you submit, and you you do all this other great stuff, and you do everything by the book

Yeah, I definitely feel that trying to make it as a writer and writing is living is really difficult, especially in these times. Like you said, you could follow the process through the T. You can do every step right, but it doesn't mean it Wiley guarantee you publications. And it could be because, you know, I know that there's like, certain trends going on in Ya books or novels. There's like a certain tropes are really trending

You'll ever get anywhere with it, blah, blah, blah. Some of your worst haters are going to be your family and your loved ones, and they're going to tell you, that's a horrible dream, you'll never get anywhere with it. That's not the whole point of the process. Writing is writing whether you publish it or not. You journal it because you want to do it, not because anybody else is forcing you to do it or anything
