I picked this book up based on this promise.
The book didn't deliver. That's on me because I went in with expectations.
It's got platitudes and emotional paragraphs, some stories, a lot of corporate whitewashing.
It's also got some good advice of finding solutions, letting the story lead you, letting creativity find community, and things of the sort.
Definitely worth reading once.
