My yoga teacher who I got my 203 hundred hour from, he said that he would pick these characters in history to represent a Yamaha and a nyama. He would pair one yama and one nyama together and have pick some one person to represent that. And he did pick MLK to represent a himsa

That's actually a really great way to teach the Yamas and Neamas is to find various figures throughout time that have represented these qualities of the yamas and Neamas. That's fantastic. Yeah. Also, part of the cicadas behind me, you can hear them. I'm in the cook streak in jungle. And the strides, they go a little crazy. Nonetheless, I don't know, maybe it's because I try to spin all conversations slightly philosophical. Maybe that's why I find myself 70% of the time talking about yoga. Nonetheless, it's cool to see a new face here and to also be able to discuss all things yoga
