Both the sides should need to basically try their best for the employees in order to retain the employees and for the employees in order to not in order to tackle the situation beforehand so that they don't reach that point of frustration in their career or in their job. Because that can be a very tough and almost depressing spot to be in to deal with that entire thing of thinking of a switch because one feels so demotivated in one's work environment
