What I have learned, it takes away your present for a future that is not there and shows you a picture for past that was bad but not that bad the way it has been showing you all along. I would say there are few things that we can all do on regular basis like exercise, walk or job. Anything that we feel suitable. Okay?

I think that's when discipline and consistency comes in and you know that you have these goals in life, or you have this path that you need to follow in life, and no matter what, you cannot really get distracted. So while you can take a couple of days and maybe a couple of weeks to readjust, but at the end of the day, you will always find your way. So it's very important to actually have that sort of groundedness
