Boxing: Spence-Crawford Preview

article image placeholderErrol Spence Jr. vs. Terence Crawford: Fight card, date, odds, location, Showtime PPV, rumors, complete guide
Both of them had somewhat of scares and maybe one fight apiece, but they have never been knocked down. So expect this one to go the distance. But these are two very, very good boxers. The top of the game, looking at Terrence Crawford's record 39. And when I look through his ledger and remember his fights, I really can't remember any fight where I thought he was truly in trouble. There is only one that you can know

Who do you think wins? https://s.swell.life/STkTMrhYyBc4iwO

It his ring IQ. He knows what to do defensively. He can switch hit, he can fight. When he finishes, he finishes. He just seems like an unbelievable force in the ring. And when you look at Spence now, as good as he is, he doesn't seem to have that level. It's brilliant. But is it that level and is it that complete? And I don't think it is. But then, like you said, he's a bigger guy

Or Oscar de La Hoya had it, I was an out and out Oscar de La Hoya fan, and I still am. I mean, in the recent fight with, you know, I thought Tank would win it, but when I saw, you know, Disrespecting Hoya, I lost it, as in I got emotional, and I was all in on Ryan Garcia. I was like, he's going to knock I was telling people, Ryan's going to knock him out

He's good enough to be ready and for this type of fight. And he know is off balance, overreaches, makes mistakes and he kind of laughs. He's a bit like Brazil. The football team Brazil, they sometimes mess up big time, hit the crossbar a number of times, just mess up, but in that brilliance and they'll laugh and it will just be what the hell, right? The national team. But when they get it right, it's pure brilliance

And I remember we all kind of said the same thing, where we're just like, this Pirog is really fun to watch, but we'll probably never see the guy again. And that's what's wrong with boxing. And in fact, I don't think he ever fought again. He may have fought, like, once or twice. I have no idea what actually happened to him, but was really excited to see him again. And you just don't see him

@Phil I don’t watch boxing.

But I'm just saying I'm not knocking boxing. I'm just giving you my thoughts, and that is really neutrality when it comes to the boxing world. All right, thanks. Just want to clear verify that so there was no misunderstandings
