The Silent Majority in a loud room

And I just don't really understand what is the point of us getting behind parties that don't like us, obviously, that don't care about the means and the conditions of the human beings in the United States and the people that come to the United States for a better opportunity? I don't know. I just think it's insanely wild to see the police operate in a way where they're meant to serve and protect and instead they try to humiliate and ridicule many a times

A quick annedote from Chicago.

Because they're fueled by money. So we have to speak the language of money and not just from the bottom up. This sort of has to be a more lateral move, in a way, because there is this massive divide between the haves and the have nots. And the Harvey then, can do just a bit. It's like to me when I look at Elon Musk, for example

But let's just say the fact that these things happen and the casual response is, know, in Chicago, what do you want to like? It always turns into this political backwards and forth where, oh, of course it happens act they don't know how to have self control. When you go and you look up places like Florida and Texas and smaller places like Tennessee where I lived at for a while, and these places were very problematic

The idea of the American Dream sets us up for almost dividing those who have it and those who don't, and then praising those who've, quote unquote, done the hard work and got there and perpetuates hierarchies, that can become problematic. And then these other effects on the brain of either being positions at the top or within the hierarchies affecting our empathy and our ability to understand one another or be willing to put ourselves in someone else's shoes. Those all being affected

To hell with anybody else who hasn't either received a position of authority in some fashion or another, who hasn't earned, quote, unquote, their way to wherever isn't, quote, unquote, filthy rich, et cetera. And I don't know how you combat all of those things except to use what we know, because I don't think appealing to politicians, to those who have money, I don't think appealing to them on the level of empathy and understanding fellow humans would work
