There was absolutely, absolutely nothing wrong with having a mental health issue. It's just like battling any other kind of health issue, like high blood pressure or heart issue. It doesn't make you a bad person or a weak person. It simply means we are a human with a human body, including a human brain. And like millions of other people, we are experiencing one of the ailments associated with the body and brain

Well Jew. It's just like when you feel sad or you feel down. You go to a friend or a family member and you discuss and share your emotions in a similar manner. If you are depressed, you have to be first of all aware that you have an issue with your thoughts and that you can't solve it alone. And you have to reach out for help and support. And you know, the mental ill people, they need a strong support system and recovery plan and a requirement of a recovery plan. So the bottom line is that the plan need nothing, just a compassion and empathy and along with a medication plan. So I think we should give more priority to our mental health. Even our body works in the same manner with the physical aspect also
